Property partition papers kept pending for no reason

The pandemic of Covid 19 has brought many government offices to a standstill. Many people who have applied for partition of their property at deputy collector's office in Dharbandora have been kept pending for no reason.

The AAP government in Delhi has been working for the common people going at the grassroots level. Why can't the Goa government verify the pending application in the offices concerned, and give time bound service
