It is really sad and surprising to see that in the name of smart city tax payers' money is wasted by the BJP government. The deadline for the smart city project is coming to end but the work doesn't get completed but getting worse day by the day. The residents of Panaji are really fed up with this project and say that smart city is turning into oversmart city of Goa. There is a huge scam in this project with a share going to the top politicians. People of Panaji are breathing the dust for long time and their time get wasted and vehicles damaged due to the ongoing work. The materials are kept on the streets for a long time and it's a tripping hazard everywhere. The underground pipelines are under pressure which is risk for the common man. The road accidents take place and the houses and shops are covered with dust as the work doesn't seem to end. There is no proper drainage system and the people of Panaji are tired with the ongoing drama of the oversmart city.
