BJP must pledge against exploiting democracy

Some parties have signed legal affidavits stating that they will be liable for prosecution if they defect to other parties. Along the same lines, can the BJP give a legal affidavit that they will not manipulate democracy in Goa by pursuing, encouraging (via various means) other elected MLAs to defect to the BJP post the February 2022 elections? This will help BJP in Goa make amends with Goans for disrespecting the democratic values in the past.
