It was really nice to see the huge numbers of people from across the state come together to the once capital of Goa, Chandrapur, now known as Chandor to save our Goa from the ruling BJP and its ministers who are out to destroy our health, safety and environment for money and power. All the ruling party MLAs and ministers have now gone underground. But I don't understand why the NGOs, activists, political aspirants are not united on the coal issue? Each one is trying to put the other group down. If we are to save ourselves for future generations, the main thing is unity. Keep your dirty politics aside and fight as a true Niz Goenkar. On the railway crossing in Chandor, the people of Goa gave a clear message to the leaders of the state to scrap railway double tracking and all coal transportation related infrastructure. The issue was covered not only by Goan media but also by national media. Our CM wants schools to re-open soon without thinking about the health and safety of the innocent children, but I don't understand why Pramod Sawant is not opening assembly session in the state. I am proud of my Goenkars brothers and sisters who came forward to save our Goa and I salute all of you. Yes, together we can save our Goa from the hands of dirty politicians who are out to sell and destroy our land. Now it is a time to show them the power of the common man.
