Naming the Chandrayaan-3 landing point on the south pole of the the moon by Narendra Modi as Shiv Sakthi is completely inappropriate. The mission was a marvellous technological achievement by ISRO and in line with that the touch down area should have been named from a technological context or after our pioneering space scientists like Vikram Sarabhai, Satish Dhawan or the like. Naming it Shiv Shakti has no context and the PM has no right to usurp the naming of the area since it should have been left to the operating agency like ISRO in this context.
