Due process of law not followed in Delhi razing

Delhi bulldozes business establishments which have been in existence for over 17 years. Prior to AAP,  the BJP when in power  did nothing  about  illegal structures. BJP is resorting to riots and bulldozer  tactics, a backdoor entry to power. The SC passed the order of status quo  at 10.30 am  but demolition continued till about 1.30 pm.  In any case due process means notice and right to appeal  before ground action regarding illegal structures or encroachments. No such due process of law has been followed under the pressure of BJP and  municipal  authorities willing to oblige.

The demolition is coercive and corrective approach as the structures have been standing for over 17 years and the demolition could have waited till the hearing of the court. That residents, occupiers were Rohingyas and Bangladeshi illegal migrants is no justification. These are dangerous precedents by municipal administration, deliberately preferring to be  ignorant of well established procedure of law. AAP  in Delhi is only tweeting without boots on the ground not upholding rule of law and destroying lives and livelihood. The flames of hatred are  spreading  like wildfire to the benefit of those seeking polarisation.
