Many people believe they are healthy just because they are skinny. This is not true. A person needs different types of food to be healthy “red meats in moderation, one to two servings of dairy products a day, nuts, seeds, fish, and poultry and of course vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and certain fats like olive oil. We also need a certain amount of carbohydrates. The trend of junk food is here to stay and hence, it is more important than ever to tell people about the importance of a balanced diet. You cannot merely exercise and expect your body to stay fit. Avoid deep-fried or overcooked food. Fluids are also important for the human body to function healthily. As almost 80% of our body is filled with water, we need it for good metabolism.
