Final verdict of Cong defectors will be decided on March 10

The Bombay High Court at Goa has finally dismissed the disqualification petition filed by the Congress party seeking disqualification of its ten Congress MLAs who had switched from the Congress to the ruling BJP back in 2017. Of course, the ten Congress MLAs/defectors might claim that the high court has finally given them justice with this latest verdict but I feel that they should stop celebrating or getting over-excited at the moment because their real ultimate final verdict henceforth will not be decided in any court but by Goans themselves in the people's highest court of Goa on 10th March. I therefore feel that they should wait for the people's verdict to come out on 10th March and then decide to comment about their own political future in Goa.  Viva Goa. Viva Goenkaar.

Benaulim WTP under construction, but garbage already raising a stink

A wet waste segregation and treatment plant is being built just behind the Benaulim panchayat ghar. The plant has only reached the plinth beam stage, but garbage is found daily stacked against the gate of the plant creating a stink in the middle of a residential area. It was wrong to build such a facility in the village in the first place and what is compounding the problem is the wet garbage dumped here.
