Another wave? That is certainly some frightening piece of news, something which should make us sit up and think. It’s true even as the world is opening up with restrictions being lifted, Covid cases are on the rise. According to news reports, several cities in China are once again under lockdown and the Covid virus is fast spreading to the neighbouring countries and steadily towards the world at large. We in India should not let our guard down. We are seeing how festivals are currently being celebrated with gay abandon. Everybody wants to see an end to the pandemic but we must understand that we must take basic precautions and leave the rest to God. We must do our bit. Let’s get out acts together, this is a fight which both the authorities and the general public must fight together. Let’s keep ourselves prepared.
