These days, parents are more interested in securing their children's future than shaping their present. In modern time, this task is mostly left to teachers with whom the child spends most of his active time from kindergarten until high school and further. Most of the parents depend on teachers who are trained to professionally handle students and bring the best out of them with responsibility. Good school administration waits for teachers / parents meet "parents day" to share their children progresses, issues, positives and developments they need in areas so that parents will understand and work accordingly as teachers can observe the behavioural changes better than parents. Undoubtedly, some of the odd/unfortunate incidents in schools may be put aside where the good school's name gets tarnished. More often than not teachers and students have a friendly bond to discuss various doubts, issues and problems without being judged by the teachers negatively. It is important to note that the teachers are better equipped to provide emotional support to children, as they are trained professionals who understand the needs of children in different settings of the academic life.
