Now that the political power base has shifted from South Goa (in previous governments) to North Goa, it appears that the destruction has also moved from South to North, with beautiful areas in North Goa being gradually destroyed.
Pernem Taluka is a classic example of how, under the false guise of jobs and development, Goan ruling politicians are in a hurry to sell off and destroy as much as they can. It is high time that Goans, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, realize that they are being fooled by the politicians.
