After paying taxes, Goans still have no proper roads

Corruption has crossed its limits as there is still no solution to the potholes issues in Goa where the PWD contractors use cheap materials. The roads are funded with taxpayer money but built by third party contractors who are very close friends with local corporators and MLAs. They have perfected the art of stealing public funds over decades. Roads are built with cheap quality material that doesn’t even last a single monsoon . What's the use when the hot mixed roads are washed in the very first rains.  When will corruption be stopped and the people of Goa get good quality roads?  The Union minister for road, highway and transport talks big in front of media but in reality the central and state government have failed to give basic needs to the citizens who pay taxes for each and every single thing they buy. CM and PWD minister's deadline has elapsed and  hope after the rainy season the government will fill the potholes with hotmix for a permanent solution.
