Assagao house demolition gimmicks of Goa govt

As an observer of the infamous Assagao house demolition case involving bouncers, kidnapping, JCB, etc, I am of the view that the Goa government particularly senior ministers are up to their own gimmicks as a result of which the perpetrators could be let off the hook or get away with some light punishment. I base my view on the combination of 3 things: Firstly, the DGP being suspected to be involved signifies that the main person responsible has top connections with people including the Goa senior ministers (and its common knowledge that high paying outside realty builders/land sharks have a strong nexus with Goan politicians); also would the DGP be so bold/brash on the issue, had he not had the support of Goa's senior ministers?; secondly the mutation of the main person involved was done within one day and that too after applying on Sunday and finally the Chief minister/ Home Minister declares that the Goa Police have been dispatched to 2 places to nab the main accused, but in reality the said person was actually in another place. Could the intelligence agencies not really locate where the person was; who is fooling whom?
