Assembly session run in 'dictatorial' manner?

On one hand reputed institutions abroad downgrading India's global democratic rankings ( now the worst ever !) and on the other hand the ruling party is calling India “Mother of democracies.” One has to only look at the current assembly sessions to confirm the reality with Goa as an example.

Ruling ministers seem to be unconcerned by proof of failures/incompetence/waste of taxpayers money tabled by opposition. Corruption allegations against ruling party ministers are not addressed in the house despite strong calls by opposition and instead the ruling party calls it an “internal family matter”, Any opposition member opposing govt draconian govt bills  and asking for discussions are instead are thrown out of the house and then the controversial bills are passed in super fast mode. I request Goans to spare some time and look at the horrible/dictatorial way the ruling party is managing the assembly sessions and see scenario for themselves.
