BJP Lok Sabha MP Ramesh Bidhuri was heard openly using anti-Muslim slurs against his parliament colleague Danish Ali of the Bahujan Samaj Party and which were televised as part of the Lok Sabha proceedings in the Parliament.
In fact, Ramesh Bidhuri was heard using the most disgusting words like “Yeh ugrawaadi (militant), yeh aatankwaadi hai (terrorist)” and even referring Danish Ali as a “Mullah aatankwaadi, b***a (pimp)” to display his open hatred against the entire Muslim community of our country.
Unfortunately, two prominent BJP MPs namely Harsh Vardhan and Ravi Shankar Prasad (who were sitting just behind Ramesh Bidhuri) were seen openly smiling and laughing when Bidhuri was making those disgusting, tasteless and deeply communal remarks against the BSP MP right inside the Parliament. Now, wasn’t that most shameful?
I think that if the BJP wants to show that it really cares for the well-being of people of all communities then instead of fooling everyone with “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” slogans, it should dare to take immediate action against Ramesh Bidhuri for shaming Indians across the length and breadth of this country by making his most disgusting and deeply anti-Muslim remarks in the Parliament.
