With the vaccinating process for frontline health workers in India going on, everyone seems to be relaxed to the point that now all is well!
However, Goa still loses 2 precious lives every alternate day with 784 being the total till date. Can we attribute this to fate?
We need to set objectives and have a clear picture of the goal and work towards the same. If by ensuring that ‘the show must go on’ the government must also ensure that it will be responsible.
Government must focus on four key objectives: 1) Covid deaths must not cross the 790 mark till everyone in the State gets the Covid shot.
2) Ensure a better quality of life for recovered Covid patients and warriors.
3) Set a target date for completing the vaccination for all health workers. Date must be fixed based on number of administrators and output of each.
4) Set a target date to complete vaccinating the general public.
The administration must work on a war footing towards the same.
