The detrimental policies of the BJP are killing India. The BJP has taken control of all guardian services and is using the same to target the opposition. They are able to encourage the proliferation of bullies by backing them with agencies like the police, ED, Income tax dept, etc. Right here in Goa we see the Mormugao Port Authority favouring the BJP’s crony businessmen who then provide the blood money to buy opposition MLAs. The Congress rebels have shown they have no integrity and care too hoots for the nation. They are only interested in being ‘favoured’ by the BJP. They have come to power by informing the would-be voters that they are fully with the Congress including taking oaths before religious entities. They had canvassed with the Congress workers/leaders and not with the BJP. Therefore, if they defect as sitting MLAs then they are cheating the voters. There is ample evidence to file a criminal case of cheating against these MLAs should they cross over. Cheating is a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code and punishable under section 420 of the same.
