Devastated Reis Magos hill must be restored by DLF

The Goa Government facing a lot of pressure is now making a lot of statements on Bhutani Sancoale project; but knowing the deceitful track record of  the govt, we cannot rest at ease until this project is actually revoked forever. Saying that, we must not forget the massive hill cutting, devastation allowed by the Goa government to DLF. The Goa Government appears to trying squirming itself and DLF out of this major environmental devastation, by proposing some minor changes/consolations to appease Goans.  I base the latter on recent statements by Saligao MLA Kedar Naik , who was silent on this matter until now for various reasons;  particularly also that he is "suspect" in facilitating the same.  I think on this we have to stand our ground to ensure no development takes place in this area and demand that the hill be restored by DLF at their cost. Just like Bhutani, the Goa government must be forced to announce revocation/restoration plans at the Reis Magos hill. Developers  must be forced to understand that they can't just come in and devastate our environment, eco-systems, hills, forests, trees and water resources.
