Dangerous gratings at stadium in Taleigao

There are a few gratings in the parking area of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee indoor stadium at Taleigao which are damaged and pose a great danger to motorists who come to attend sports events or visit shopping festivals there. Even the cement concrete road surface is cracked in places owing to poor quality of material used and bad workmanship. It is extremely disheartening to note that neither the Goa University nor Panaji city authorities are paying any attention to the upkeep of this prestigious venue. Are they waiting for a serious accident to occur before they wake up from their slumber?
