According to a Lancet study, there will be around 100 crore diabetics in the world by 2050. At present, about 7.7 crore people in India are suffering from diabetes and 15% of people are pre-diabetic. That means they can get Madhu Meha anytime in the future. In India, one out of every six people has diabetes.
Interestingly, according to this report, the number of Madhu Meha patients will not decrease in any country in the next 30 years. As for the world, North Africa, Middle East, and Pacific Island countries are going to suffer from Madhu Meha on a large scale.
The reasons are obesity, lack of exercise and movement, neglect of diet, constantly busy and very little time for rest.
Today not only adults but children also suffer from this disease. Overall, the modern lifestyle is responsible for the spread of diabetes and in a few years almost every family will have diabetes if we don’t pay attention to exercise and proper diet.
