The Margao Municipality is always in the news for reportedly playing dirty politics. The employees working as daily wagers for the past 15 years are not yet made permanent. BJP government is playing with the lives of the employees and the recruitments are cancelled/ put on hold by the Urban Development minister even when the Congress turned BJP MLA of Margao is in BJP government and the municipality is under BJP sarkar. It clearly shows that government is playing tricks with the employees. The Government of Goa seems not serious about the employment of the citizens in the state of Goa as people are made to dance with application form from one department to another and later the post gets cancelled or the person who pays bribes gets the jobs. This is the main reason the people of Goa are leaving the state and country and going abroad for their better future. The costs of essentials are increasing in our country all the time but the salary of the citizens are not increasing but decreasing and making holes in the pockets of the common man.
