Disunity and family feuds boon for land grabbers

It is very saddening that homes and families are ruined due to disputes within family progenies over settlement of the ancestral properties. Ultimately, we are seeing many houses dilapidated and inhabitable as a consequence of these disputes and the kith and kin turning to be bitter enemies forever. Vast lands of properties remain unclaimed and then the land grabber gangs come in to loot. In all holiness and in good faith, the ancestors, who generally were not highly educated as we are today, had never enjoyed their lives as we have seen but had thought to keep the wealth of properties and their gold for posterity. The respect and honour that they should have been accorded for this sacrificial benevolence has been shattered by these disputes. The progeny for their greed of wealth and in lieu of amicably sharing this bequeathed benevolence choose to fight it out disgracefully. A little extra here and there for a family member would make no difference but at least the family member would get it and remain united rather than a land grabber/encroacher stealing the property.  Goa is now infested with land grabbers and encroachers and getting to the court seems costly and time consuming.
