Days after the HC ordered the creation of a tiger reserve in the state, thanks to an NGO’s petition and perseverance in litigation, the forest minister has labelled the NGO as a fraudulent entity. To stifle any further opposition on the matter he threatened to move a breach of privilege motion against the NGO or anyone who responds to comments made in the assembly.
