End hypocrisy of taking common man for granted

The South Goa district administration has reportedly announced a comprehensive halt on all road-digging activities across the district in view of the Prime Minister's scheduled visit to Goa on November 28. Well, when common Goans suffer everywhere due to constant digging of roads, it is ok with the administration but when big VIPs decide to visit the state even for a day, all hell breaks loose as (forget halting digging of roads) as sometimes even the highways are shut for hours for the general public during their visits and people are unnecessarily made to suffer for no fault of theirs. Now, why are politicians alone given first-class treatment everywhere and others are treated like dirt in this country? Is this written code in the Indian Constitution? And under which section and rule of the Constitution? I think that this hypocrisy of taking the common man for granted and giving special treatment to our central politicians travelling everywhere should end at the very earliest for the betterment of this country.
