Goa’s land crisis: Outsiders profit while locals struggle

First, they release the ad to see the response, and when it causes outrage, they withdraw it and try to smooth things over. This is exactly what’s happening in Goa. Our state has already been sold out to big developers like DLF, Adani, Lodha, and other land mafias, and some are just waiting to make their move.

The government isn’t helping Goans who genuinely need homes. Most of our people rely on salaries or small and medium businesses, making it impossible to generate extra income. Meanwhile, outsiders have discovered that Goa is a goldmine, taking advantage of our people’s honesty in every deal. The consequences are clear.
