I had my differences with former chief minister Manohar Parrikar but one positive fact to his credit was, Goans never witnessed such type of action by vigilantes or communal disturbances by rogue elements.  The current Chief Minister Pramod Sawant in contrast seems to have given a lot of allowances to such elements to create unwanted disturbances in the State. I request the current chief minister to learn from the best practices of his predecessor.
