High decibel noise should be curbed near residential areas

There are even loudspeakers used late in the nights at Catholic feast celebrations and in mosques or temples celebrations hence amounting to noise pollution and if they are close to the residential areas these sound sources should be strictly curbed in the interest of public health and for peace of mind.
