High speed internet while living in jungle of wires

The present age is considered hifi digital technology with 5G network enabling us to carry almost all the activities online sitting comfortably at home. But unfortunately the high speed net and cable is provided to the consumers with help of loose hanging coaxial wires from pole to pole. There are bundles / coils of wires  just kept tied to almost alternate poles for any emergency to make use in case lines get cut or robbed by miscreants, which is a sheer waste of resources. Every pole is with a bunch of hanging wires giving a feeling that we are still living in the ancient era. The disabled beggar nowadays is seen moving in a battery operated wheel chair to get his daily alms. Dish gives cable networks directly to households though some are still using those hanging wires. But it is a pity we are resorting to the same old methods of loose hanging wires over the trees, poles, buildings etc. to provide a so-called high speed net. It is high time the concerned agencies, TRAI, take cognisance of the mess that has been created and adopt immediate measures to rectify the same.
