With the second wave of Covid pandemic pounding in like a tornado everybody seems to be running helter-skelter to stay safe from the pandemic. Our Government and its health authorities are doing its best to keep the pandemic under control. In fact the staff of the entire Health Department are on their toes and doing their best working 24x7.
At this juncture, I would like to request our Government to keep on hold the transfers of the staff who have reached the age of superannuation, so that they may not have to face the perils of the Covid pandemic second wave. Even the Church hierarchy and other institutions and management of schools run by the heads of different religions, should not transfer their priests and heads of Institutions and schools who are towards the end of their working term and are having co-morbidities. At least till the time the pandemic subsides.
I hope and pray that wisdom will prevail and the concerned authorities will put on hold the transfers of their senior priests and head of departments.
