The parents are naturally worried about successive; back to back rumours around schools. The assurances by police chief and school management’s are not satisfactory. The attempts have not been successful that is fortunate
The CCTV are not functional but in place as mandatory provision. The group D staff could be deployed for surveillance duties around the school compound. The person employed at the gate should not be burdened with other chores.
The detailed reports must compulsorily be provided to the police and the PTI.
The police dismissing such incidents are in poor taste to cushion themselves against thorough investigations. The parents should regularly update children not to speak, accept food and lifts from strangers as the best safeguard.
How is that these mentally deranged individuals land at school premises? The modus operandi is to pretend so for which they are well grounded. If they have history of such illness then how is that relatives leave then to wander unescorted ? The police must adopt a professional approach, investigate scientifically.
All children specially the minors must be retained in the premises with watch and ward till parents arrive.
