Learning from tough rulings of High Court

Learning from tough rulings of High Court

The Delhi High Court, in its ruling on the Haryana Police stopping the transport of medical oxygen to Delhi, directed the Centre to ensure free movement of the same. It further noted that any non-compliance of this ruling would be treated as criminal offence.

Earlier, They questioned why India was selling the vaccines to other countries and depriving Indians. They asked the vaccine manufacturers to disclose their capacities. The Centre was forced to hold exports.

Now what do we learn? We know this BJP Govt. has been meddling even with the courts, but when it comes to life and death, then it is each to his own! A second very important lesson learnt is: this BJP government has been casting illogical aspersions against Gandhi and Nehru for the decisions taken in 1947. Today is like 1947: and what has the BJP done? People in Gujarat are dying because there is no medical oxygen?! India is forced to import 50000MT of oxygen as a very late measure! To date not a single oxygen generator of the 162 sanctioned 8 months back, has been commissioned! This is a lesson to all the BJP Ministers, MLAs and supporters.
