Middle class is worst off in current scheme of things

The middle class is the backbone of our society yet the most neglected lot in this country and has to toil hard to make both ends meet. The rich including politicians, bureaucrats, etc are not concerned about any of the government schemes and have ways and means to evade tax and other levies and be able to live exotic lifestyles, spend on  foreign trips, acquire property and stack deposits abroad. Every scheme devised and implemented is meant only for poor/low income groups who are enjoying with no fear of tax. Almost each member can afford android mobile/net packs, electric scooter/car by availing benefits under the schemes. The genuine poor are left in the lurch as they are unable to prepare and produce documentation to get those benefits. The middle class either working or retired is the worst sufferer in this whole scenario as they have to struggle for health, education, housing being out of coverage of those schemes and every rupee earned or received as pension is tracked tax recovered, even not able to enjoy savings as same are taxed, utility bills have further added to their woes. Is there any ray of hope for middle class in near future?
