The nuisance of rumblers at Dandeavado had been ill-conceived by MLA Cruz Silva and Chinchinim Panchayat without consulting residents in the vicinity. Letter of authorities substantiate that rumblers for record have caused 2 fatal accidents and number of other serious accidents and continue to haunt the users. The motorcycles to avoid rumblers use pedestrian space. At the public meeting with PWD and NH authority in the presence of MLA, suggested broadening of junction as it is a blind spot and acquired land is avaiable. The MLA was explained at the site on the need to remedy the situation.
