Observe traffic discipline instead of blaming govt

It is seen recently road accidents are on rise mainly due to negligence of drivers, overspeeding, losing control, drunken driving, tourists with rented cars and pampered riders and not because of faulty/bumpy or roads with potholes.  Some smart guy approaches the court that promptly orders removal of speed breakers meant to keep control on speed. Traffic signs are ignored and when challaned hue and cry is made, loopholes are found to avoid it. Proposal for heavy penalty for offenders is promptly opposed. Those with posh/luxury vehicles think they own the roads and are in forefront to argue for their lapses. It is not known how rent-a-car owners are responsible for accidents. Political parties are not meant to guide and educate but incite the public to protest in blaming the Government and seek resignation of  the CM. Perhaps many are getting their bread and butter from protests, morchas, road blockades, candle marches, etc. It is not fair and proper to simply blame the government for every accident rather than introspect on becoming law abiding citizens and observe traffic discipline.
