Panaji will never become a Smart City even in next 10 yrs

A number of mishaps have been reported, especially from St Inez and other internal surrounding areas of Panaji city, in the last several months due to the ongoing shoddy works being carried out by contractors of the Smart City project.

Recently, a senior citizen from St Inez is believed to have suffered a fractured shoulder after slipping on a wooden plank that had reportedly broken due to substandard construction and negligence of contractors of the same project. Now, who should be blamed and held accountable for this particular mishap in Goa?

Well, after seeing the constant digging of most internal roads and the pace of the Smart City works currently going around in the capital city, it looks like the contractors are really looking out or searching for some buried gold, coal, or crude oil underneath the surface of Panaji like fools.

Well, I personally feel that such clueless unprofessional guys will never turn Panaji into a Smart City even in the next 10 years but will continue destroying and turning it into another war-torn country like Ukraine by unnecessarily vandalizing roads. God alone save Panaji and Panjimites...
