With elections around the corner, we see ministers in photos ops indicating they are sweeping the streets of Goa.
I am not sure if the Goa ministers consider Goans so naive and gullible to fall for their gimmicks, or are they running out of ideas to cheaply promote themselves?
If the Goa government actually did its job properly; used taxpayers money and government agencies to do the basics like cleaning, for the last so many years that they were in power, would there be so many dirty streets, for the ministers to do all their drama with professional camera and video personnel?
