The Public Works Department, Goa water bills have not been reflecting online for a very long time. I am not residing in Goa for most part of the year and am not able to view my water bills. When I visited PWD Bicholim Goa office to make payments they were clueless as to how to receive payments as the bills were not generated.
I have been raising my query for water bill payment with the PWD at Bicholim for the past one year and till date no update has been received.
I don't know now how to pay my bill.The problem is that later the department will send me a huge bill.
