Some time back I had pointed out that certain panchayat members are migrating abroad and I suspected they have made money from corruption/illegalities to help them set up a new life abroad.
I will not be surprised if there are land sales/grabbing scamsters who have also rushed/migrated abroad with their loot. It is high time the Goa and Indian Government takes note of this menace seriously and those who have escaped abroad must be tracked down in the respective foreign countries and extradited back to India/Goa for trial.
