High Court's order has been given in Himachal Pradesh to demolish some specific illegal buildings and all costs to be borne by the offender! I have seen similar orders in other parts of India. Makes me wonder why are we not seeing similar/higher number on orders of demolitions in Goa which has the highest number of illegalities in India ( per sqm i.e as per the state's area). Does Goa have “Special Status” for illegalities?
Metal railing doesn't enhance beauty of Dr Sequeira circle
On May 17 late evening when I went to a jogging park at Caranzalem I was surprised to see the metal railing all around the Dr Jack de Sequeira circle. From a distance it appears that his statue which is standing tall is put in jail.
