You must be well aware that in this pandemic many people have lost their jobs, inflation in increasing day by day, salaries of government staff are increased but not of private workers, fuel prices of diesel and gasoline are almost touching Rs 100 per litre. On the other hand various departments, corporations, autonomous bodies in the states are using government vehicles for pick and drop of their staff even though government staff get travel allowances.
The common man is not getting Kadamba bus service properly to reach his/her office and the reason is that most of the Kadamba buses are being operated between government offices to various cities/towns in the state to provide service to government staff. First priority should go to general public as they rely on this public transport. Some departments, corporations, autonomous bodies officers are using departmental vehicles for personal use like marketing, shopping, pick and drop of their kids/relatives, etc by manipulating vehicle log book entries. I request the responsible authorities to intervene and stop these malpractices at the earliest.
