Stray dogs' menace is growing in State

Stray dogs population is on the rise and the related department has failed to take care of the dogs which are becoming danger to the people on roads. Many dogs having skin diseases which slowly turns into other diseases like worms effect the skin and smell badly and there is no one to take care. Some dogs on the streets try to bite human beings as they are mad. They don't get proper food on the street so they go on fighting among themselves if someone throw them biscuits. The dogs at home are taken care of by the owner but the stray dogs menace is growing every single day. Our government should tackle the situation before innocent people are affected. Today these dogs can be seen in villages and cities in large numbers. We know that dogs are the best friends of human beings but when it comes to them attacking humans we have to protect our health and safety.
