Suppressing talent does more harm than good

We have learned that whether in government, even at the highest level, or in private organizations, some people tend to suppress a subordinate who is smart at work, has good thoughts, and is talented. The true measure of a successful leader is their ability to discover the hidden talent in those they lead and challenge them to achieve greatness!
