Beggars seem to increasing in Margao, at the traffic lights and other busy areas in Salcete!
I do not think that this is possible without organized gangs who manage the logistics of housing/transporting the beggars (including children) as I have seen same beggars at multiple places particularly at traffic lights causing traffic nuisances!
Can the Goa Government (which boasts about good governance!) really not use its law enforcement and intelligence agencies and crack down on this organized gangs behind this menace?
