Every day we wake up to the news of fatal accidents. Evidently, the blame game keeps on rolling, as some blame it on drunken driving, while there are others known for their rash and negligent driving.
Then, we also have the roads being dug for sustainable development, and thereby posing threat for routine travellers. Moreover, we have the stray cattle in between to make matters worse, along with heavy vehicles parked at the side of the roads.
Enthusiastically, we have teenagers exercising their stunt skills in the middle of the roads, henceforth jeopardizing innocent lives.
Goan roads give the impression of 'snakes and ladders' game thus escaping from one end to another.
However, just a word of caution. "While on roads, be alert, drive wisely and be safe. Fortunately, if you have reached home safe and sound, consider it as God's grace."
