Is RSS above the law and constitution of the land ? Are there special policies allowed for RSS? Coming to FCRA, I have no issues with scrutiny but the BJP party is well known for manipulating/harassment/intimidation etc  which can lead to take over Christian organizations/properties, etc particularly when the groups aligned to the BJP/RSS have been threatened for so many years. Also on a related note it's a shame that  the BJP Goa Catholic MLAs are silent on the matter. Surely the reasons for this betrayal can be clear to all.
