With the recent FCRA controversy, it appears that some NGOs like RSS are exempt from scrutiny as they are not even registered in the first place. RSS has branches in many parts of the world, how is this NGO (as confirmed by BJP being the world's biggest NGO) getting funds from outside, if it's not registered in the first place in India? Is RSS above the law and constitution of the land ? Are there special policies allowed for RSS? Coming to FCRA, I have no issues with scrutiny but the BJP party is well known for manipulating/harassment/intimidation etc which can lead to take over Christian organizations/properties, etc particularly when the groups aligned to the BJP/RSS have been threatened for so many years. Also on a related note it's a shame that the BJP Goa Catholic MLAs are silent on the matter. Surely the reasons for this betrayal can be clear to all.
