PM Narendra Modi’s words touched something deep: “Abuses never solve anything. Let’s guide the misguided. Let’s work together. Let’s work for Bharat.” In these few lines, he showed the heart of a father more than the firmness of a leader. He is not just speaking to the youth — he is gently asking all of us who felt hurt and angry because of the ugly abuses to take a step back. Not to drag the young ones to court. To see them as our own children who have lost their way, not as enemies.
That is rare. In today’s world, most powerful people hit back harder when insulted, especially when even their mother is not spared. But here is a man saying — let it go. Guide them instead. This benevolence deserves respect.
Yet I wonder. Will this kindness be understood? Or will it be twisted as weakness and used to abuse him even more? Social media has made it easy for our young people to think being rude and extreme is “cool” and “bold”. They forget that real strength lies in building, not in breaking with words. Abuse doesn’t make you a revolutionary. It only shows that you have nothing better to offer.
The real revolution Bharat needs today is not one of anger but of quiet, determined work; in classrooms and our own neighbourhoods. If the same energy used in trolling and abusing were used to learn skills, solve local problems, or help the weak, imagine what our country would look like in ten years.
Modi’s message is simple but powerful. Those who are misguided need patience, not punishment. Those who are hurt need the maturity to forgive. And all of us need the wisdom to work together for something bigger than our egos. Bharat is not built by shouting the loudest. It is built by those who keep working even when no one is watching. Let’s choose the harder, better path — the path of guidance, forgiveness, and united effort.
