What happens when three old men in America get tired of life getting them down, of companies stealing their pensions and of banks threatening to foreclose on their mortgages? They decide to live life like kings one last time and rob a bank. Yes, you guessed right, this is Hollywood. If this were Bollywood, their kids would have been prancing around trees and driving cars on the sandy beaches of Cuba or Brazil while the old men lay forlorn in their balconies. But in America, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin, three aging stalwarts of cinema, team up to get their money (and their pride) back in Going In Style. Of course, this is a full blown comedy, so you’ll find a lot of dry wit, a bit of slapstick and a lot of old jokes, considering the fact that they are all well over 60. What is amazing though, is that studios there create stories for these actors and build movies around them, for their age. When Shah Rukh or Salman turns 60, they’ll still be playing the hero wooing the girl of their dreams somewhere in cold Kashmir. In Going In Style though, you’ll find these actors classy as always, and with AC/DC belting out Highway to Hell in the background, this trailer (literally) rocks.
