The Lego Batman Movie
Ben Affleck's Batman movie may be a long way off as yet but in the meanwhile all you Batman fans out there can instead book your date for The Lego Batman which is due to be out on February 10, 2017. Will Arnet takes on the role of the caped crusader who raises the orphan he adopted and of course save the Gotham City. It also features Zach Galifianakis, Michael Cera, Ralph Fiennes, Mariah Carey, Jenny Slate, Rosario Dawson and others.
Boss Baby
Remember those times when you hated your younger sibling for taking up all your parent's time and thus feeling left out and ignored in the bargain? Tim totally gets you. At the age of seven his perfect world is shattered by the appearance of a baby brother who seems to boss everyone around. The film is based on the 2010 picture book of the same name which has been written and illustrated by Marla Frazee and has Alec Baldwin as the voice of the scary little baby. The film is scheduled to release on March 31, 2017

Following the success of Cars (2006) and Cars 2 (2011), the third installment of the Cars franchise will return on June 16, 2017. This time around the story will focus on Lightning Mcqueen, the veteran super racer who is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves and how he manages to get back into the game while keeping his enemies at bay
Smurfs: The Lost Village
Directed by Kelly Asbury and based on The Smurfs comic book series created by Belgian comics artist Peyo, Smurfs follows the tale of Smurfette played by Demi Lovato who after encountering a creature in the Forbidden Forest, is now on a mission to find the Lost Village before the evil wizard Gargamel does. The film is completely unrelated to Sony's live-action/animated film series. Apart from Demi, the films stars Mandy Patinkin as Papa Smurf, Jack McBrayer as Clumsy Smurf, Danny Pudi as Brainy Smurf, Joe Manganiello as Hefty Smurf and Rainn Wilson as Gargamel. The film is set for an April 7, 2017 release.
Emojimovie: Express Yourself
Emojis have become a vital means by which we communicate with each other and now they are getting their very own film. Set to release on August 4, 2017, it focuses on Gene a multi-expressive emoji who only wants to blend into the normal emoji-sphere. T.J Miller will be playing Gene and James Corden and Ilana Glazer would be voicing Hi-five and Jailbreak, respectively.
Blazing Samurai
Furious and disgusted with Ika Chu the feline warlord, all Hand the dog ever wishes for is to be a samurai so that he can save his town Kakamucho for the claws of Ika. The film is set to release on
August 25, 2017 and sees Michael Cera, Samuel L. Jackson, Michelle Yeoh, Ricky Gervais, Mel Brooks, and George Takei lending their voices.
The Croods 2
Remember that noisy Crood family? Well the crazy cave dwellers are all set to return to the screen in the sequel which is due to be out on December 22, 2017. This time around the film follows a family who is on a hunt for a new house in the midst of their neighbors all dying off. The film stars Ryan Reynolds, Emma Stone and Nicholas Cage.
