The fourth day of the 47th International Film Festival of India witnessed a workshop on foreign language film selection for Oscar Awards by Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences presented by Sid Ganis, former president of AMPAS. Another workshop was held on the restoration of Satyajit Ray Preservation Project at Kala Academy. Costume designer Rosalie Varda from France also delivered a masterclass on costume designing at Maquinez Palace. There was also a seminar on co-production opportunities and new cinema technology presentations at the Old GMC Hall.
