The festive season kicked off with Grand Hyatt Goa’s first ThanksgivingBrunch that was celebrated with much fervour and glee at The Dining Room. Executive Chef David and his talented culinary team took care of all the trimmings by putting together a lavish holiday meal for guestsof all ages who came together to give thanks with family and friends.
While guests indulged in an elaborate feast featuring Thanksgiving Day favourites that included Chef’s special roasted turkey, lamb and pearl bean stew, cream of pumpkin and honey soup, honey glazed ham along with a variety of salads, live shawarma and grill station and freshly baked breads. The Dining Room hadgroovy tunes played by a live band and a cocktail bar that wasnothing short of extraordinary.
No Thanksgiving is complete without indulging one’s sweet tooth. Hence, the pastry experts prepared an irresistible spread that included a plethora of options such as pumpkin pie, pecan pie, maple pumpkin cheesecake, sticky toffee steamed pudding paired with a live crepe and home-made ice cream station.
The Thanksgiving festivity left everyone gleaming with joy. Friends, families, food and music, all in one place surely put a smile on the face of each and every one present.
